iTunes Match not showing up on iPhone 4s?

Anyone else having issues with this? It was perfectly fine on my 4, but it's no longer showing up on the 4S.
 
So we need a GM version of iOS 5, since it clearly has the iTunes match feature working (I used it) that the 'final release' doesn't.
 
iTunes Match is not available till the end of October. I assume there will be a software update then.
