iTunes Match not syncing on ONE device only

I have 3 iOS devices and a rMacbook Pro. I have iTunes Match turned on on all of them and the computer and 2 iOS devices sync perfectly but my iPhone 6 Plus does not. Lets say I change the position of a song on a playlist on my computer, it immediately updates on my iPad and iPhone 6 but not my 6 Plus! and it doesn't update at all unless I toggle Match off and on on that device.

Extremely frustrating, is there any known fix for this? They are all running iOS 8.1 and Yosemite on my Mac.
