I had a couple of question I was wondering if some of you pros could assist me on.
1. Why does some of the songs in a album get uploaded instead of being matched? Again, this is happening in the same album. Some songs would get matched while other songs in the SAME album would get uploaded. If any of the songs are matched, shouldn't the whole album be matched as well?
2. Does anybody know why iTunes match is giving a message of "a duplicate already exists in the cloud"? These are happening for songs that, duh, have duplicates but they are duplicates in terms of just the song. The album of these duplicates are different though. For example, one song might be from the original album it came from while the other copy might be from the "Greatest Hits" album. But the thing I don't understand is, out of 15000, only 30 come up as "a duplicate already exists." And I have ALOT more than 30 songs that are "duplicates." Not sure why its only flagging these three.
3. My album art is disappearing from iTunes Match. While on my main comp where the original files reside, the album art is there but when I check on iTunes Match streaming device, the album art is gone. Its too time consuming to go through each one and RE-ADD the art.
Any help on these?
