iTunes Match + remote library/server

I was wondering.I have 2 machines in itunes match.One is macbook and the other i use an external HD on my windows 7 pc.its there's a way to redirect the musics that itunes check to a remote library over the web?For exemple:i have 2.500 musics in my HD,and i want to share my musics to other users,so their itunes match can check my HD remotely. and i want to access librarys from others user remotely,for my itunes scan the musics and give me an copy on the cloud.Any program?any idea?Do you want to test?

You'd probably have to use a third party app if one exists that can do that. Match isn't going to do it, it's not for sharing music with other people.
