iTunes Match repeating setup process

I set up Match last night and all went well. Got home today and turned on my computer, started iTunes and Match wasn't on. When I turned it on it asked if I wanted to authorise this computer for iTunes Match, even though it is the exact same computer I set it up on in the first place and now it's repeating the 3 step set up process.

Anyone else seen this?
