iTunes Match Stopped Syncing after Crash

    Hey guys,

    So I quickly jumped on the iTunes Match ship today, excited.
    iTunes got about 80% through analyzing my music and then "unexpectedly crashed", or at least so it said. Since then, iTunes match isn't doing anything whatsoever when it's opened and just hangs there with the bar empty, not working.

    The logical thing to do was to clear the itunes cache in my user/library/chace/itunes folder. I also cleared it in Library/Caches/com.apple.itunesstored.
    Backed up both, in case.

    No change. iTunes Match still hangs and I dunno what to do about it. Any words of wisdom?

    Update 1: Tried Reinstalling iTunes Beta 8, no change.

    have you made any progress? I have been experiencing these crashes too..

    Hi, I tried your solution (turn off iTunes match and enable genius) and it starts syncing. But now it stops at about 70% and says "an unknown error occurred (4100)".

    Excuse my silliness, but have you tried contacting Apple through the Dev Portal?
