iTunes Match won't Match iTunes Store Songs

Hey all,

I have two iTunes Accounts, one for Germany, and one where I used to live (USA)

Anyways, when I add the iTunes Store Songs from the US, it won't match all of them?!? The German iTunes has the album so I don't understand it really.

Are there maybe any programs to make iTunes Match match a bit better?
