iTunes Match?

Just got another bill from Apple that I forgot I'd signed up for, let alone what it does. This is now becoming much too frequent with monthly iMusic, iCloud, etc. bills coming down the pipe.

So, can somebody refresh my memory in iTunes Match? What the heck doe sit do, again, and why do I need it? Is it really worth chucking another $25 to apple? Forgetful minds would like to know...

Ha, thanks for that! I had forgotten what the damned thing did. Now to see whether or not it makes sense, with an iMusic subscription. I guess I nee dot compare tracks and albums?
