iTunes Movie 720p or 1080p but not really?

So when I check the properties of a movie I bought, it says 720p but frame size is listed underneath as 1280x530???

Is this because of the widescreen black bars?

A 2.4 (2.35) aspect ratio film is (1280/2.4=) 533 lines.
