iTunes Movie folder auto add movies?

Is there a Script or app or a setting we could add so we dont have to keep adding movies? It adds it automatically ?

If I understand your question correctly... there is (at least on my install) a folder at the top of the iTunes files location called "Automatically Add to iTunes". Anything dropped in there will automatically get imported into iTunes when it's running. This may require the "let iTunes manage my library" setting to be enabled.
