i have a problem, 99 and a b^@tch ant one...

ok so i have mavericks, and in the itunes folder both the movies folder as well as the home videos folder are both greyed out, they both have a huge amount of storage in them as i checked the info and one is almost 100 gigs and the other is about 400 gigs,

so im not sure how or why, but they are greyed out as well as most of my other folders within the itunes folder under my login name...

can anyone tell me y? or how id go about "un greying them out"

got to figure this out as i can watch them all but cannot open them! i can copy them to anywhere but cannot open them...

thanks

this thread, although old, actually highlighted my issue ... the folder date had been 1984 for some inexplicable reason but all the contents were ok ...

However, to rectify the situation I simply used a great little mac tool that I use all the time to fix photo exif dates etc.

It fixed my problem in 5 seconds so just in case anybody else ends up here ...

File Multi Tool 5 ... available from the Apple Store ... highly recommended !!

ps I have no connection whatsoever with the product ;-)
