Itunes movie rental doesnt work. All grey screen... ?

I tried to rent a movie from Itunes and play it on my iMac and it just shows a all grey screen. 🙁

It would help if you let us know what kind of iMac and what version iTunes.

Also. How long have you had the rental on your computer?

Its a 24" 2.8GHz/4gb imac with the latest version of iTunes on it. I have only had the rental for a couple hours. Its a HD rental if that matters at all?

never mind. I shut down the computer and brought it back up and it works fine now. Thanks for the help though.
