Hi Guys,

Since updating my iTunes to the latest on my MacBook, I can NO LONGER sync a rented film to my iPhone 4S iOS9. I download the film on my MacBook and when syncing over to the iPhone, the Error 5104 appears - Your film has expired. Is this a BUG in the new iTunes?

Any ideas please guys. The Apple customer service were truly useless on this one and did not know why. I've found Apple's customer service has gone from brilliant to absolutely non existent over the last year.

Many other people are mentioning this on the Apple forum.

iOS 9 may not be compliant for copy protection so this feature may have been disabled.

I was wondering that BUT in a Apple page from December 2017, it explains that you can still transfer a rented film to even the iPhone 3.
Sadly, Apple doesn't care, they simply want me to buy a new phone.

Is it an HD rental or SD?
