iTunes movie, where can I play? Video out AV lead work?

Thinking of getting a few iTunes movies. I have iPhone, Mac, Apple TVs. But where can I play them apart from this - anywhere else?

Can I play them on any TV with an HDMI as I have the apple lightning AV out lead?

Can I download to my iPad/iPhone and then play offline and use the AV lead.

You can play them on iOS devices, Apple TVs, and on computers running iTunes (both Mac and Windows).

Yes. I do this often when traveling (i.e. by connecting the phone/iPad to hotel TVs via the Lightning HDMI adapter).
