iTunes music library rebuild

I have deleted by mistake:

iTunes Library.itl
ITunes Music Library.xml

Is there anyway to rebuild the music library now without these file? The music folder still contains the music files, but they appear hidden.

1. Launch iTunes
2. Go to your Media folder (usually ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/)
3. Drag that folder into iTunes

Or

1. Launch iTunes
2. Go to your Media folder (usually ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/)
3. Drag all the subfolders in that folder to the "Automatiacly added to iTunes" folder
