So I updated all my apps in iTunes yet I get this message. Where can I find the apps that seem to require an update? I only have one Apple ID linked to this computer.

It's telling you exactly that. None of your applications need to be updated as you've already done so.

iTunes checks for updates only for apps that are purchased with the account you are logged in.

So, maybe you have apps that have been purchased with another account. To update them log in with that account..

Sorry.. Didn't see that.😱

Maybe it isn't iTunes fault but Apple's.
Sometimes I also see that there's an update but when I click on Check For Updates, I get none. After signing in again and pressing the Check For Updates a couple of times I see the updates.
