After updating to the latest version of iTunes this morning my phone just doesn't connect. I uninstalled and reinstalled and also used two cables but still nothing. I ran some tests and got this result. I had to leave for work so have not clicked in help yet, any suggestions that I could get my head round before I get home and try to fix things?

PC is running Windows 8.1

There a lot of people reporting problems with iTunes recent download on the Apple boards.
 
Did you restart the computer after installing the latest version of iTunes?

Did you try more than one USB port?

I did both of those mate, it's sorted now. I had to reinstall the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver as it had totally vanished somehow...very strange as i hadn't tampered with anything.
