iPod iTunes not accepting 2nd G Nano

iTunes does try to accept the Nano, but it makes my computer slow, unable to access iTunes, and 3minds later my computer runs normally, but it sitll doesn't accept the Nano..

Any Help?

Alrighty, I think i know what the problem is

The screen reads the time as approzximatly one hour ago, so obviously it didn't sync right or somethin

How do i reset it so it Syncs

I NEED HELP PLZ
