iTunes Not Allowed Me to Change Permission Privilege

Hi,
I am trying to change permission privilege for everyone to read and write but unfortunately this message appear every time "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have the necessary permission".

PLEASE I NEED HELP.

You need you to change the permissions on the file via the finder that you are trying to access from iTunes. I had the same issue on my fileserver and once I changed the permissions there iTunes and no issue.
