iTunes Not Deleting Songs!!

Well im running OS X and I deleted a ton of songs from my iTunes libary that I don't listen to, I always put delete song and send to trash and I just found that all my songs are still on my computer!

Is there anyway to get rid of all of these songs?

doh just relized that I made a backup of my music and thats what I was looking at!

That'd do it too.

When searching for things in Spotlight, you can do this: Type in the name of the file, click show all, right click, and click Get Info. That will tell you where the file is.

Or you could also select "Show in Finder".
