iTunes Not Letting me Sync CDs

If can't figure out for the life of me how to move songs from a CD to my iPhone 4... I try dragging and dropping and it always says that the music is not available on my phone Could you guys please help me out? Thanks.

Yes but it's still not working. I tried making a playlist and dragging it their but no luck...
