iTunes Not Letting me Sync CDs

If can't figure out for the life of me how to move songs from a CD to my iPhone 4... I try dragging and dropping and it always says that the music is not available on my phone 😡 Could you guys please help me out? Thanks.

Yes but it's still not working. I tried making a playlist and dragging it their but no luck...
