iTunes not playing any songs

I just updated my itunes and it's lovely!!!!!!!!

But now none of my songs will play. 🙁

I'm using a PC, and all other itunes functions are working. I also updated windows(XP home) today and I have the feeling that did it.


Any help would be greatly appreciated my MacRumor freinds. 🙂

I use windows too, and when I play songs nothing but very bad cracking comes out. Sound in anything else is fine.

Do you have that problem, or does no sound come out.

I still need to find away to fix my problem...

Hrmmm... it might be a problem with Quicktime. Try reinstalling that. I'll do the same.

🙁 I did a restart and diskcheck... still not playing the songs.

i checked my quicktime preferences in the audio tab and im good to go there.

All iTunes functionality works except playing the audiotracks. 😕

K i got it working finally, had to uninstall, reboot, dl'd a fresh copy and full reinstall. working now.🙂
