iTunes not playing video

This video plays everywhere but in itunes and iPhone 6S and I cannot figure out why. Even Plex on ios can't play it. The video plays fine in infuse but should also be compatible with itunes.

Turns out it is due to the metadata in the file. I don't understand why.
