iTunes not saving Firewall setting - Help?

Hi:

Every time I start iTunes I get this notification window (see attached image). No matter if I select deny or allow, the next time I start iTunes it reappears. I tried changing the setting directly under the firewall setting in system preferences as well with no success. I'd like to deny incoming connections, does anyone know to set this once and for all?

I'm using 10.5.4., and latest version of iTunes.

I have this problem too, not just with iTunes though.

It'll get addressed hopefully in 10.5.5.
