iTunes not syncing content to device

iTunes is not syncing any music, apps, or photos or anything to my iPod Touch 5th gen on iOS 7. Currrently i am on beta 3 but had this issue on beta 2 as well. I downgraded to iOS 6.1.3 a couple days back and it worked perfectly fine. Then today I went back to iOS 7 and now am running into this problem once again. Any fixes? Please HELP!!!😱
 
You need Mobile Device Installer or Xcode 5 from the developer site. You can google for it too.
