I have iTunes on my home computer and I also have it on my work computer. But if I try to plug it into my work computer and I want to sync the app's because at work I downloaded 3 apps it is telling me that all my app's on my phone will be replaced.

Apparently I am doing something wrong.

You can't sync with more than one computer at once.

    ?

I am plugged into my work computer right now so not sure what you mean. If the 3 apps I want are on this computer then how do I get them?

You're syncing with your home computer, yes? You can't also sync with your work computer unless absolutely everything you have at home is on your work computer, otherwise everything on your iPhone will be overwritten and replaced with only the contents of your work computer.

Do you use the same itunes account? If on your phone go to that app, select download. It will ask you "You have already paid for this app do you want to download it again for free". Hit yes. That will get the apps to your phone.
