Itunes on our new mac problem

So we had a old macbook and it recently died so we went out and bought a new macbook pro. I have an iphone and I want to put some music on my phone. I set it up for to manually put music and vidoes onto the phone. It says my phone is hooked to another itunes acocunt and for me to do this it would have to erase everything on my phone right now. I really dont want to do this. Is there a way around this?
