Ok, seriously, this is driving me crazy. I'll try and be brief. Have had a PayPal account and have had it hooked up via iTunes for a while. Added a new bank account and now all of the sudden my iTunes won't work via PayPal. iTunes says I need to add it to my "Preapproved Payments." So I do it, it then sends me to PayPal, I hit agree and then it sends me back to iTunes. It's a neverending loop that never seems to work. Anyone else have this problem or is there some step I'm missing here? I consider myself a fairly intelligent individual, but this is driving me insane. I called Apple, they sent me to support.apple.com. PayPal was no help either.
