iTunes problem....eh

Hey guys;


I just added my music folders containing my mp3's from my external drive into iTunes (dragged folders into itunes) and now if I open the folders in the external drive, there are no songs just album art....where did my mp3 files go? I want them back in the folders!

Running Mac OSX 10.4 and newest iTunes ver.

Have you looked in the music folder on your HD?

I think maybe iTunes copied the songs over to the machine & deleted the ones on the external drive?
