iTunes Purchase + Itunes Match = upload?

I'm wondering if anyone else has seen an instance where actual iTunes purchases have been 'uploaded' to iTunes Match? I've only found two tracks, but it's strange. I can see my purchase date, and I have the old email receipt for purchasing it, but instead of being a 'purchase' or even 'match' in their iCloud status, the files have been uploaded and (presumably) count towards my 25k limit. Anyone else see this?
