Not sure where to post this but here goes.
Am very frustrated with iTunes...I was browsing apps and mistakenly hit purchase (am a newbie). They did refund my money, but totally misinterpreted the issue and disabled my ID and credit card based on unauthorized purchase. Trying to get them to reverse this thru back & forth emails is a pain-in-the-butt.
Also, is there an easy way to login to my iTunes account without having a device (like iPhone) plugged in? Would like to look at the acct from my work computer but I dont see anywhere to logon.
