iTunes question

    Not sure where to post this but here goes.
    Am very frustrated with iTunes...I was browsing apps and mistakenly hit purchase (am a newbie). They did refund my money, but totally misinterpreted the issue and disabled my ID and credit card based on unauthorized purchase. Trying to get them to reverse this thru back & forth emails is a pain-in-the-butt.
    Also, is there an easy way to login to my iTunes account without having a device (like iPhone) plugged in? Would like to look at the acct from my work computer but I dont see anywhere to logon.

    I can log in to my iTunes account via iTunes > Menu Bar >> Store.

    There must be something disabling the site (i work at a military base) that i cannot see the logon icon. I'll have to check when I get home.
