I'm on a MacBook 2006, running on OSX 10.6.8, and when I click on iTunes Radio in Quick Links in the iTunes store, it just goes back to my normal music library. Help.

You're two--about to be three--major versions behind the current Mac OS. Apple hasn't dropped support for anything. They just haven't given you a new free feature. Your 10.6.8 has all the same features today that it had last week.
