iTunes Radio -Playing songs you told it not to or playing same songs again

I'll select "Never Play This Song Again", and after one song, it *will* play it again. I've also have it play the same song only few songs later. OR it will play the same couple songs twice in a row.

Anyone else experience this behavior?

Yes, I've had similar experiences. My biggest gripe is that when you add an artist to a station (the "add an artist or song" button) it never plays anything by those artists.

I'm experiencing everything mentioned above. Hopefully these issues get sorted out.
