How can I customize Itunes radio? Like customize stations.

How can I customize Itunes radio? Like customize stations.

The only way i see now is putting in using the + sign and adding in a named Artist or style of music. That's the closet to custom I can see right now.

But iOS App has much more customizatio options?

Yes, I'm not sure the iTunes Radio 'Add to Wishlist' is the same as 'Play more like this' found on iOS7.
