Unlike streaming one of your playlists to AppleTV, where the image flips every minute or so, I've notice that streaming iTunes Radio does not flip the screen image. This is particularly bad for plasma screens.
I've found the only thing to do is to let the screen saver run, but I prefer to have the current playing song displayed.
