iTunes ratings

Dear

I took a lot of time to give each of my songs (2000) a rating, so I'd have a nice 'My Top Rated' playlist.
But now I have a new computer (from a PC to Macbook Pro 13") and wouldn't know how to get the ratings to the MacBook?

Don't quote me on this, but I believe the ratings will stay if you copy over all of your iTunes' music library folder, including the files that aren't music, some of those files store you playlists, and they might even store your ratings for all I know.

So I tried to copy these files to an external disk but seems I'm not allowed to do that, I get a bug report.
