iTunes - Re-Downloading App?

I purchased an app through itunes. Restored my phone and the app is no longer in my iTunes.

When I go to itunes it acts like I have to purchase it again,
how do I get my app downloaded?

After you click on buy, iTunes will tell you already own the app and will download it for free.
