I am trying to register for itunes, supply my me account details ( email address/ password), only to be told the password is incorrect!
I checked the password by resetting and it is correct!
Any help appreciated.
If the Apple website allows you to sign in/reset your password for that account but you can't sign in in iTunes, have you tried updating iTunes or contacting iTunes Support via email?
Thanks for the info. I am not a US resident, and for this reason I cannot use the telephone support! Anyway, I have tried and failed to find a support email address... would you be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

iTunes support via email is found by going to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes, selecting iTunes Store Account and Billing, Change or Reset Password, and clicking on the Email Us silver button.
