I'm from India and the movies which are available in the Indian iTunes Store are saved to iCloud, which obviously means that repeated free downloads are allowed post purchase.
Now a few weeks back I bought a couple of movies on my iPad which I then downloaded and synced to iTunes on my MBA. The movies were kept there and I usually watched them via Home Sharing on my iPad, since space is a constraint.
Something weird though has been going on recently. I'm being prompted quite often for my iTunes password and on entering that, those 2 movies start to download without me having initiated them. I've tried to reset the iPad and post-reset the problem creeps right back in. I've tried signing out of iCloud and iTunes but that didn't resolve the issue.
Is this something which you have faced in the past? Am I doing something wrong?
