iTunes Series Pass Duplicate Episodes Bug?

Hi,

I regularly buy series passes on iTunes for various series and without exception several episodes get duplicated

For example I've recently purchased Agents of Shield and when episode three became available on Monday episodes one and two got duplicated so my Mac showed two copies of episode one and two copies of episode two - I ended up have to delete the extra copies to tidy up my library

Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know of a way of preventing this from occurring?

Having the same issue, but if I remove downloads of episodes I've downloaded, the duplicates go away. I guess maybe they want you to stream now instead of download... Or possibly the DRM expires...
