iTunes server and Synology - outside local network?

Hello,
I have a Synology NAS, and the server running iTunes. On the NAS I am running VPN service (DDNS also have Synology).
Is if I configure iTunes on my Synology server and run a VPN on your MacBook that I will have access to the server from Synology iTunes outside the local network?
