iTunes show to iPad?

I downloaded a tv series on my apple tv from iTunes. How do I get it on my iPad?

On the iPad, tap the iTunes app icon, then go to Purchased (2nd from the right, along the bottom), then tap View: in the upper left corner and select TV Shows. From there, tap Not On This iPad along the top. You then have a list of show titles on the left, and can pick between seasons or episodes to download.
