iTunes song preview isn't working since upgrade

Anyone else have this problem?

When I try to "preview" songs in iTunes the buffer logo just keeps spinning. Never able to preview songs.

I did the OTA upgrade , and I'm on a 4s.

Works fine for me on iPhone 5.

Update - did some troubleshooting and noticed that the samples play fine when connected over cellular data. So it's a wifi problem. Any suggestions?
