iTunes sort Album Artist by first name surname

Hi,

In iTunes my 'Artist' column is sorted correctly by first-name surname (which is how I want it).

But my 'Album Artist' column is sorted by surname first-name. How do I bulk change all my songs to sort 'Album Artist' by first-name surname?

I have looked at the Sorting section of Get Info of individual songs that are not sorting correctly and it shows first-name surname under Album Artist.

I have searched this and I have found instructions on how to do it the other way around but not how I want it. It's driving me nuts.
