iTunes start playing music from backup HDD, any idea way?

I've notice couple days ago, that some of the playlist \ music in itunes playing from my backup HDD and not from my music drive. I dont know when its started, but i never had this problem before. Im making backup SuperDuper to external HDD, osx 10.8.5, itunes 11.0.1

Hope there is a way to fix that, except rebuild my play list from zero...

What happens when you shut the system down and remove the drive?

When i disconnect the backup drive, itunes read from the music drive, but as soon connecting the backup, again, itunes reads form both drives...

Any idea way it happened ?
How i can turn it back so it will only read from the music drive and not from the backup drive, coz i cant keep off all the time ?
