Over the past month some really funky stuff has been going on with my iPhone and iTunes.

For some reason or another I have:

Lost all of my ringtones

Lost nearly all of my purchased iTunes (for some reason six songs decided to stay)

My iPhone is all out of sync and messes up constantly

My main concern obviously is where did all of my music go that I spent so much time and money on. Will I get my music? Well I get a refund? Basically what can apple do for me and how can I contact them?

I sure I'm not the only one of apple costumer's with a problem so I figured it would be best to take it to you guys if I wanted my voice heard. HELP ME OUT I AM COUNTING OF YOU!

Random files disappearing sounds like an imminent hard drive failure to me. You can contact Apple through you iTunes purchases page, but I'd get a new drive first.

Never heard of that before; anyone else have access to your computer? If not, then it's probably the failure that r.j.s has referred to.
