iPod touch iTunes Store down?

I just got a replacement iPod touch, and I cannot access to the iTunes/App Store, from PC or iPod touch. Can you guys access iTunes Store?

The U.S. store is working fine here.

Weird. My apps aren't installing. It says "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection timed out." But I can access the store though. 🙁 This is frustrating. I have the ID and password right. The iTunes network diagnostics look fine.
