Hello, I am trying to download apps for my 3G iPhone but everytime i go to download it on my iphone it wont let me and when i try to download them on itunes it wnt let me saying the itunes store is unavailable? Is anyone else having this issue or just me and how can i fix it?

My bad im just a little frustrated, im sure this isnt a prob for everyone im just looking for a solution, do you think the fact that the credit card under my account is old (and possible expired, i have to check) is causing this?
Highly unlikely. More likely, the gazillions of people trying to use the store all at once is the culprit.
This is getting frustrating. I am reading on some other forums that there is a folder that you have to move (downloads folder) to the desktop.
I am thinking this is limited to our machines rather than just a bunch of people accessing the store at one time.

Wait, even if it fixes the thing download issue on the computer, how do we fix it on our phones? AGH, why is this happening?
Ok in detail this is what is happening: when i try to download the app on my iPhone, it says first it failed try again later, so i hit retry and it says i already downloaded it and i need to hit check for purchases in itunes. Well in iTunes under downloads it says 6 downloads available but when i go to download them it says "The iTunes Store is Unavailable, please try again later" and its been saying that all day!

Help!I had a same problem all day long and finally, I think I solved the problem.
open itune first.
then log in to your itune account.
click "store" from top of screen
then click authorize computer.
that's what I did. I could download applications.
